Antler Gold Inc. (TSXV: ANTL) ("Antler" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has upsized its financing previously announced on June 8, 2022 from gross proceeds of $800,000 to up to $1,150,000 (the "Financing") by the sale of up to 11,500,000 units of Antler (each, a "Unit") at $0.10 per Unit.
